Straighten up is not a chiropractic treatment, there is no manipulation, twisting or cracking. It involves the use of a specially crafted device, much like a pen, that sends pulses into the soft tissue and muscles that support the atlas vertebra. The technique used is gentle and relaxing.
When the head, neck and body unite in the correct alignment neural pathways from the brain to body are reconnected. This often results in a feeling of wellbeing and relief from pain. Think of it as a kink in a hosepipe that is instantly straightened. Suddenly everything flows.

During a Straighten Up treatment the head is comfortably supported as gentle pulses are sent into the soft tissue surrounding the atlas vertebra by a specially crafted massage device.
Once the soft tissue surrounding the atlas is loosened sufficiently enough in a special sequence, the atlas will naturally return to alignment.
Once the atlas is in place the unique vibrational pulses can be applied to all parts of the body to further release tension and restore your natural structure.

Bowen Therapy
Bowen therapy is a gentle non-invasive therapy. The practitioner uses gentle “moves” over fascia and joints to set the body into relax and heal mode. The bowen treatment rebalances the body improving mobility, pain, physiology, stress and well being. This treatment is available to people of all ages, from infants to elderly.
Depending on your body response you can get immediate relief from just 1 to 3 sessions. For chronic conditions it may take longer.
